All items are shipped with a tracking number.
We ship to verified US addresses only. We do not ship to post office boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses can only be done through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, package dimensions and destination. After your shipping details are entered, the cost will be calculated for you in the shopping cart.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
We will refund or replace items that are lost in the mail only if the shipping address that was provided is correct and verified.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
All items sold on our website include photos and measurements. We do our best to accurately describe and capture the items to prevent any surprises. Please note that colors can vary between computer monitors, and there is nothing we can do to prevent that.
If there is an issue with an item or items in your order, send us email with your order number and details to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are requesting a return or exchange, please let us know which item you would like to send back and the reason for the return or exchange.
All merchandise that is sent back for a refund or exchange should be mailed to the address that is indicated on the enclosed packing slip.
Returns are not accepted past the return window date.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for an exchange or refund.
Shipping and delivery times for items being sent back to us will vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items must be new, unused, unworn, and returned in the original condition to receive a refund or exchange.
If the items are defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange if we have the item in stock, or issue a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Refunds are not available on sale items.
If you have returned an item for a refund, you will receive an email notification when we receive it.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount that you receive.
The time that the credit will take to appear on your statement varies by bank or credit card company, but you should see your refund within 10 business days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days, check with your financial institution to see why your refund has not posted. If you have already done that and are still having issues regarding your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
